He was named because of a white spot on the end of his tail when he was born which looked like a painter’s special touch. The spot has disappeared as he has grown but he is reserved with beautiful greenish eyes and loves to be held. He believes he is the Alpha of the litter but that belongs to his sister. He loves to spend time with us and is active with his brothers and sisters.

He was named after Tom Hanks character in Forest Gump because he was the first born with a cord wrapped around his feet so they were pointing the wrong way. Coco took immediately to him and he is the one sleeping with her in the photo. He quickly started getting healthy and was the first one walking and running. He seems to be exactly like Coco in male form; calm, doesn’t like to fight, loves to eat and gets super excited when you call his name as he comes to you to be held and petted.

John was named after the character in the Green Mile, a monstrous man that was calm, gentle and innocent, just like this pup who is the largest of the group but a big teddy bear. John is the best eater and strongest of the group but does not show it.  He loves to pretend he is the juggernaut running everyone over and has almost run through our wooden fence chasing a ball.
